Judy has been a proud co-owner of Jencor with business partner Croft Axsen since 1995, a company that grew to become the largest independent mortgage brokerage in Alberta and one of the largest in Canada. A significant contribution to the company’s success was attributed to her mentoring of the staff such that she is now joined by some of the top mortgage professionals in the industry.

Judy’s work as a Mortgage Advisor is distinguished by having achieved top 10 status in all of Canada for a decade, ranking #1 for individual sales for many of those years. Her unmatched expertise in mortgage financing fueled incredible growth of her business all the while she tightly embraced her core service values to ensure every client received the time and attention necessary to be completely comfortable with their financing decision. With over 35 years of experience, Judy brings a rare wealth of knowledge to her clientele and a hallmark of her success has been to always provide personal service that ensures every client feels they are her only customer. Giving back, Judy is seen as a Leader in the industry and a good example to others. This can be seen by her supporting different charities, foundations such as the Real Estate Charitable Foundation Board and more. In her private life Judy considers family very important and spends time gardening and walking the Calgary city pathways.
