We change faucets, vanities, counter-tops, paint, drywall, full roofing (pitched: asphalt or rubber and torched-on), added insulation (WITH insulation stops/attic chutes where required) and ventilation, egress windows, flooring installations, fresh and combustion air venting on older furnace installations, full electrical (LED lighting upgrades) and plumbing. Minor to major. Poured concrete (walkways, patios, garage pads) to pavers, landscape design and install. FULL-on renovations: Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, custom garages, to full home renovations. ALL permits where required.
I may not be the cheapest, but I am the fussiest, and we never take shortcuts!
