INTRODUCTION
The following document is provided to inform you of your rights as a consumer and as a borrower.

PRIVACY ACT (P-21)
In concurrence with the Canadian Privacy Legislation (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) or PIPEDA, Jencor Mortgage Inc. follows this encompassing privacy policy in which incorporates the fundamentals of P-21. Jencor Mortgage strictly adheres to the constitutes outlined in the Act at all times; therefore, the legislation will constantly be revisited to bridge their policies with any current government changes or updates to the Privacy Act of Canada.


REASON FOR COLLECTING INFORMATION
We at Jencor gather, hold and apply personal information regarding our clients to successfully run our business and produce the quality products and services that makes us the leader in the mortgage industry. Our company uses the information that is provided by our clients to help achieve financing (mortgage) loans. By using the information from our clients, we can obtain further information from a variety of trusted sources including, but not limited to: applications (online, faxed, telephone, or in person), direct customer contacts, banks, credit bureaus, previous/current lending agencies, references, or any relevant third parties.


CLIENT CONSENT
When accepting client information through, applications, faxes, in person or via telephone, we gain unyielding consent from our clients. By submitting information to Jencor Mortgage, our clients offer their information without any duress. Furthermore, this consent can be either express or implied during any volunteered or requested submission of information to Jencor Mortgage. (Implied consent is used when consent may be reasonably assumed from the action or inaction of the individual. Express consent is absolute and does not require any interference on the part of the organization seeking consent).


YOUR SECURITY
We work hard to maintain appropriate measures for secure protection of our client’s personal information. Jencor Mortgage offers: Secure storage facilities, SSL certified web encryption, honest and trusted employees, document control and diligence. These are all fundamental to protecting our client's private information. We will only forgo private information when required by law, at our client’s request, or when requested by a Canadian certified credit bureau. Please understand, as with most if not all financial industries, we must keep all client information on file for at least five (5) to seven (7) years no matter what stage the financing is in or has been in.

We have established procedures to correct accidental or incorrect information only when it is improperly collected and or noted by the client as a mistake. Sometimes the majority of information points to a change in information. Any change in information must be verified by the client, first, as valid. This protects the integrity of the information in every way possible; it also helps protect the legal integrity of our clients.


DISCLOSURE
This policy supports open emptor disclosure. It is our explicit policy that all facts and issues of a transaction that have become known to us, be disclosed to the client, unless legally stated otherwise or legal/lender policies forbid it. This is for lender protection, as well as your protection, allowing both parties to make an educated, informed, and unhurried decision. Please understand that lender decisions are based on your facts, as well as your credit and financial history.

The information is to be used for the attempt at achieving financing for the applicant. Information the client provides may be shared with our funders, brokers, affiliates, lenders, and partners to achieve mortgage financing. In no way will we sell, "lend", or share, our client’s information with any third parties for personal gain or any other purpose other than achieving the financing mandate set forth by the client. Releasing information to parties for any other purpose other then mortgage financing is strictly prohibited by Jencor Mortgage staff, partners and affiliates, this policy is pertinaciously enforced.

By submitting your information to Jencor Mortgage, you give them implied and or express consent to disclose your personal information to internal funding officers/support staff, lender/s, lawyer/s, realtors and any relevant third parties for the sole purpose of achieving financing/legal documentation. By submitting your information you insure the validity of the information and that it is true, correct and current. Any fraudulent, misinformed, and or negligent information is a serious felony and will be considered the client's sole responsibility. In no way shall Jencor Mortgage, its staff, affiliates, brokers, lenders or third parties other then the client be responsible for fraudulent, misinformed or relevant neglected information provided, or lack there of, by the client.

In retrospect, to ensure that our information is correct, we will do our due diligence to gather the correct relevant information about our clients. We can only achieve proper service and financing if our client/s do their due diligence and provide us with correct and valid information as requested by Jencor Mortgage. This will not only speed up our transaction but it will also help with smooth transactions with future lending companies and will ensure legal forthright business; ergo, avoiding unnecessary legal confrontations with federal and provincial law.


SUMMARY
Jencor Mortgage's policy is to provide secure and honest business practices. Any personal information, conversations or of the likeness will be treated with carefulness, respect, diligence, and professionalism. Our policy is in place to comply with PIPEDA, and satisfy our clients’ need for secure handling of their personal information. This policy is set to assist our specialists to comply with the Act, and protect our client's personal information in every way possible.
